hybrid bike

correct me if im wrong po pero pgkakaintindi ko po sa hybrid ay me slick tires at a flat hb or v.v.. ang tanong ko lng po how about the frame?? alin b ms mganda pra sa hybrid?? mtb frame o road frame?? or me considerations po b sa material or style ng frame?? and me marecommend ba kau na low end n frames na maganda para dto.. im planning to make it a 26er hybrid with these stats

flat bar
26" mtb slicks (at most eh 26x1.5)
1x9 setup (question po let.. anuh po ba pinakamurang crank na pde iconvert sa 1x setup?? me thread n b about converting?? tnx..)

kung me marecommend p kau tnx po..

mgkano po kaya kelangan ko ihandang budget pra sa gnyan
