This is a Brand New never built, never ridden frame in the Ballistec High Modulus Carbon with zero Pivot design (latest carbon lay up from Cannondale). It has 80mm Travel rear and 100mm up front (XLR 100 Carbon Lefty a must !!)
Size MEDIUM frame weighs in @ 2.92lbs on my scale (no shock) and can be built between 17-20lbs with 650B wheels.
I currently have one fully built with SRAM XX 2x10, Carbon Lefty XLR, Hollowgram SiSl cranks and heavy Stans Crest 650B set up @ 19.32 lbs- complete with pedals, bottle cage and light mud.
The Scalpel is a pure XC racing/ climbing machine- out climbs and lighter than most Carbon HT. Bike is super light, very fast and can slice through tight switchbacks with ease.
Being the Super Light weight that it is....It is extremely strong and durable !!! (I've owned 4)
If you race or simply want a super light/ fast XC ride this is your bike. Be the only one in the Philippines with the Ultimate 650B Scalpel-

Frame comes with BB30 Bearings (no spindle/ cranks) and Headset Bearings. I have wrapped the frame in 3m film clear bra for extra protection.
This frame in the classic Black/ Green with the latest High Modulus Carbon is extremely hard to find.
